Robert Da Silva is the owner and general contractor of R. Da Silva Construction, Inc. He works on larger residential projects in Marin County and the East Bay, coordinating with homeowners, architects, structural engineers, designers, consultants, building departments, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Robert oversees estimating, preconstruction, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, permits and inspections, client communication, and completion. Detailed scopes and pricing establish the work, and written changes document approved adjustments to scope, cost, and timing.
The company focuses on whole-house remodels, major additions, ADUs and JADUs, structural renovations, and major interior and exterior work. Kitchens and bathrooms are part of larger remodeling projects. Occupied and unoccupied homes require different plans for access, protection, utilities, and sequencing, and those conditions are addressed during preconstruction.
