Initial consultation
We discuss the property, project goals, plans, approximate investment, timing, and any known constraints. The objective is to determine fit and identify the right next step.
OUR PROCESS
Detailed scope and pricing, clear communication, and written change management guide the work as conditions and decisions develop.

We discuss the property, project goals, plans, approximate investment, timing, and any known constraints. The objective is to determine fit and identify the right next step.
Robert Da Silva reviews existing conditions, access, structural considerations, utilities, permitting, finish expectations, and the information still needed for responsible pricing.
We develop detailed scopes and pricing, identify allowances and open selections, gather subcontractor input, and review long-lead materials, permit requirements, site logistics, and schedule assumptions.
We organize site protection, temporary facilities, access, staging, and initial inspections. Occupancy, utility interruptions, and neighbor considerations inform the work sequence.
Robert coordinates subcontractors, materials, permits and inspections, field decisions, scheduling, and communication. Proposed changes and unforeseen conditions are documented, with scope, pricing, and schedule effects reviewed and approved in writing before added work proceeds.
We coordinate punch-list work, final inspections, cleanup, manuals, and warranty information, then review the completed work with the owner.
