Structural renovations and major interior and exterior work in occupied or unoccupied homes. Work may include wall removals, new openings, foundations, shear walls, and framing, built to the structural engineer’s plans with careful access and protection planning.
Detailed scopes and pricing, construction scheduling and sequencing, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, permits and inspections, owner decisions and selections, written change management, and completion and closeout. Robert Da Silva coordinates with homeowners, architects, structural engineers, designers, consultants, building departments, inspectors, and subcontractors from preconstruction through completion.
